Frequently Asked Questions

What activities are there in your camping ground?”

We have many things such as like:

Zip lining

Water activities (pool)

Teamwork zone

Canoe

Hiking

Rappelling

Sports area

“Are we going going to need to bring food when we go camping?”

No. We will have food to share with you. The type of food there’s going to be is tacos from Tacos Mode. Bringing food to this campground will not be allowed to bring. We have this rule because we don’t want people disrespecting our land.

“If someone at camp gets an injury or gets sick, is there going to be a doctor?”

Yes, there’s going to be a nurse that can help you get cured. If something happens to someone, and you are far away from the healthy insurance/information center, we will take you there in a golf cart as quickly as we can. When you get to this camp, your parents are going to decide if they pay for the healthy insurance while you are here. If they did pay, if you get hurt or sick, you will receive free treatment. But if they don’t pay it, and you get hurt, all the necessary treatment you need to get you safe would cost you.

“Will someone guide us through the camp?”

A guide will be included in your pay package when you come so when you need a guide, you go to the information center and sign up for that day so they have control and can send you a guide the day you want to. Even you can say that only you want a guide at this hour in this activity so you can decide since it is included in your pay package when you want the guide to work with you.

“How many people can sleep per tent?”

The number of people that sleep per tent actually depends on the number of people that you are going to camp with. If you are only going yourself and a friend, then we will find you a tent that is not too small nor too big for both of you. But if you are going with your entire family of five people, then you will get a tent with the correct size for all of your family to comfortably sleep in.

Always Using Safety Equipment

Always Keeping Your Kids Safe

“Are the activities safe for our kids?”

The activities are safe for your children because we are buying an appropriate equipment for your kid’s and yourself. You don’t have to worry about buying the equipment. We will provide the best equipment in town for you. Activities have an age requirement so that means that we care for your safety and you don’t need to worry about anything at all. In this camp, we will always consider your safety and your happiness.

“Are we able to bring our pets?”

No, we are not allowing pets to come to our camping ground because of many reasons. One of those reasons is because pets can cause many disasters. They can even destroy things. Another reason is because the idea is that it’s an area of humans having fun, not taking care of pets. The last reason of why we don’t allow pets  is because we don’t know how your pets behave. We don’t know if they will find a huasteca animal, and later harm them, or even harm humans that are camping. So the idea is that we have fun bonding together with humans, and have a safety and joyful memory.
